Dolphin Star Temple is a California Religious Corporation and 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. For the purposes of the GDPR, DST is the "data controller" of your personal information.

2. Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to provide our services:
- Information you give us: your name and email address (when you subscribe to our newsletter, request the free meditation, or contact us), and the content of any message or session-match request you submit.
- Purchase information: when you buy products through our shop, our payment processors (PayPal and Stripe) collect and process your payment details. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
- Automatically collected information: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and similar analytics data collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7).

- To send you the free meditation and, if you consent, our newsletter and event announcements.
- To process and fulfill your orders for books, recordings, crystals, and online programs.
- To respond to your inquiries and, where you request it, to connect you with an independent Certified Practitioner or Teacher.

We do not sell your personal information.

- Independent Practitioners & Teachers — only when you request to be matched (see Section 6).

6. Practitioner & teacher directory
DST maintains a directory of independent Certified Practitioners and Teachers. If you submit a session-match request, we will share the information you provide (such as your name, email, location, and stated needs) with the relevant independent practitioner or teacher so they can contact you. These practitioners and teachers are independent third parties and process your information under their own responsibility. DST is not a party to any session or training you arrange with them.
7. Cookies & tracking technologies

8. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law (for example, tax and accounting records for purchases). Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
